We’re a group of seasoned IT and Cyber Security professionals that give up our spare time to educate everyone on how best to protect themselves on line today.

Welcome to "Protect My Digital Life" - This website was devised as we had worked in I.T. and Cyber Security for almost all out working lives, however the moment the bad guys started finding their way in to out family homes trying to scam my elderly parents, friends and family, we decided it was time we needed to take action by using our industry knowledge fight back by providing easy to understand Cyber Security education to all for free.

This website is aimed at two distinct kinds of visitors ,those that have unfortunately already been hacked and those who wish to educate themselves as much as possible to prevent an attack.

We have found in the past few years that no matter how good the cyber defences of companies the best and first line of defence is to now educate the end user and this is the philosophy of why this website exists.

The Cyber security world changes on an almost daily basis and the techniques used to protect you sometimes need to be adapted as the bad guys get smarter so do you , so please sign up to our email update service or check back regularly for the latest news.

Sometimes new threats or attack vectors emerge that warrant immediate notification to our registered users that just can't wait to be included in our perdiodic news letter, so please register with an email address that you check on a regular basis so you can be notified of significant and urgent threats!

Security products evaluation

We appreciate keeping on top of all the latest security threats can be almost a full time job (trust us that's what we do for a living !), however we believe in working smarter as do most large companies, so with this in mind we will be evaluating commercially available Cyber Security products that already do a lot of the background protection work for you so you can spend less time worrying and more time getting on with your life (Full disclosure PMDL may get a fee for some of the products we appraise and recommend however this helps us keep this edcation site free and the lights on ! - thanks for understanding :)).
